I don't even have any photos for this past week. It has literally been one exhausting week. Uni and training almost every day. And to top it off, i've torn/strained one of my abdominal muscles, so basically every movement is extremely painful.

Lookbook and life

So i've been trying to get back into lookbook, but sometimes I really just can't be bothered. These are my looks from this week and they are generally my 'going out hanging with some friends/uni on a day i want to look nice' outfits. I'm excited because I just bought a shitload of new clothes on sheinside which should be arriving this week or next, yay!! This week is going to be my first full on uni/netball week, because I have been slacking off with netball for the past few weeks and missing training sessions but this week I will be going to all four sessions plus all my uni days. Knowing me, I am going to burn out extremely quickly and regularly with this lifestyle but hopefully keeping busy will do some good. Also, my Brisbane adventures last weekend (by adventures I mean a gazillion cancelled plans) has brought me a $100 voucher with Jetstar, so guess who is planning a trip to Melbourne with one of their best gals!! (The answer is me btw). I'm excited already, even though nothing is booked, and it's not until june/july. But yay for more adventures in the future :) xxx

Welcome to Brisbane!!

I'm currently up in Brisbane for my cousins engagement party (which was last night). I thought I would share some photos of my uncles house, which is absolutely incredible. I feel like I'm on The OC living this super exclusive life. My flight home tonight has been cancelled, and we are currently rescheduled for another flight later, but it's not too promising so I might be up here for a while. I also realise I haven't posted much lately. I had my first week of uni last week. I'm starting to slowly enjoy it more after, it's just a very different lifestyle and workload. But the people seem lovely and I feel like it should be better than I think. I also bought this nice ring last week when I went shopping, and I love it. (Excuse the cuts on my hands I had to climb my roof to break into my house). Anyway, I will try my best to keep up to date more often. Xx

So a while ago this video popped up on my Tumblr dashboard of a photographer's experience on El Teide (click here to watch it). And today I decided to watch it again, and fell in love all over again. I've spent my last day of holidays stalking his photographs, and here are my favourites because a) the night sky is beautiful and b) I would do terrible things to see the Northern Lights at least once in my life.

What a day yesterday!!! I had uni orientation during the day, and I knew quite a few people in my course so now we have a little group going on and I spent the day with them and now I am so excited for the next few years :) THEN I went to Blink 182. Oh my god. They are my second favourite band of all time, and it was just perfect. I bought a singlet (evidently) because I know I will never be able to see them again, and who doesn't want a blink top? I'd have to say Dammit and What's My Age Again were probably the best of the set as Dammit was last, so obviously it was going to be the best, and everyone just went crazy in What's My Age Again. It exceeded all expectations so now I am in post-concert depression. Honestly the rest of my week/month/year will struggle to be better than yesterday was.

Dream big

This is the map in my room. The pink dots are the places I have been, and the blue are where I want to go. Obviously I am yet to add blue dots in Africa and South America because I haven't really researched the exact places on those continents that I want to see. But they are definitely on my list.
I feel extremely privileged to have travelled to so many places already in my life as i'm just 17. I just think the world has so much beauty that one can't experience all of it in their life time. But I want to try.

It's always a good time!

My past few days have been pretty good!! I went to a party last night and drank more than I probably should have... oops... but i had such a good night and I'm glad i'm finally returning to the social world.
I had to put up the first photo, it was too funny. I was driving and Hayley was sticking these things all over her face in random shapes and i literally couldn't concentrate it was hilarious. Then the other photos are from the party. I really liked my outfit, there was more colour than I wear ever. Plus, how beautiful are my shoes. I wear them absolutely everywhere.
Also Euphoria perfume. I mean, it's euphoria. My favourite word in the english language. Ugh perfect.
I'm seeing my group tonight for the first time in a while so that will be interesting. Oh well, I need to keep up with people and stop falling off the face of the earth!
